When you buy a Kindle from Amazon, generally it arrives as auto-registered to your account. It gives you instant access to your Kindle E-books. Make sure you reset your device before giving it to someone. Reset Kindle Fire can easily solve many of the problems.

A soft reset will fix up Kindle Frozen problem. If the problem still won't go away then you can perform a factory reset. A factory reset is very useful if you want to protect your data. For performing the soft reset follow the below instructions.





SOFT RESET

1.) Simply Restart Your device without affecting the data on the device.
2.) Plug the Kindle into a charger.
3.) Press down the volume and power button simultaneously for 10 seconds till the device shut off.
4.) Allow the Kindle to charge a little bit.
5.) Press the Power Button to turn the Kindle on.

HARD RESET

KINDLE won't CHARGE
